Sit straight in Sukhasana/Padmasana, eyes closed and hands in chinmudra, inhale deeply and exhale forcefully, each exhalation lasting for just one second,leaving one second gaps in between.
Keep breathing out continuously and maintain the same pace.
In Kapalabhathi Pranayama you just have to exhale.Inhaling is normal and natural and at medium pace.
Practice Kapalabhathi in medium pace everyday for about 10 to 15 minutes.Gradually increase the duration. In a practice of one hour,you must devote 15 minutes to Kapalabhathi.As a result all your pain will get subsided and Kundalini Energy will reach a higher level.
